Singtel TV Subscriber Experience: Adventures in Malaysia
PROJECT OVERVIEW
In 2023-2024, we arranged three exclusive trips to Malaysia for SingtelTV's loyal subscribers, strengthening the partnership between SingtelTV and Astro while providing unforgettable experiences for customers.

The first excursion in December 2023, a 4D3N journey, coincided with the thrilling Gegar Vaganza Season 10 Finals. 20 fortunate subscribers enjoyed this major entertainment event live, experiencing the excitement of the spectacular show in person. Our second trip, a 3D2N getaway in May 2024, took place during the Hari Raya season and featured intimate dinners and exclusive meet & greet sessions with Astro artistes. Both excursions also included behind-the-scenes visits to drama filming sites, providing a comprehensive entertainment experience.

The third and most recent trip was a 4D3N adventure in Putrajaya that featured multiple highlights: attendees enjoyed the Gegar Vaganza concert live, participated in an exclusive meet & greet session, visited drama filming sites, and celebrated the arrival of 2025 at the Countdown Concert at IOI City Mall in Putrajaya.

Event Coordination & Management
Our team managed all logistical aspects, ensuring seamless experiences for the subscribers across all three trips. We handled transportation arrangements, secured comfortable hotel accommodations, and worked closely with the Astro team to align with their carefully planned itineraries. Throughout each journey, we prioritised the welfare and satisfaction of the subscribers, guaranteeing that every aspect of their trip was enjoyable and worry-free.
