PROJECT OVERVIEW
Our team recently orchestrated a spectacular Hari Raya celebration at Wisma Geylang Serai (WGS) on behalf of Singtel TV. The event, titled "Bintang Raya," featured nine prominent Astro artistes from Malaysia, creating an exclusive entertainment experience that celebrated the festive season while strengthening the cultural connection between Singapore and Malaysia.

The event showcased a stellar lineup of Malaysian talent, including hosts Keanu Azman and Muna Bella, singers Putera Muhammad, Naim Daniel, Wani Kayrie, and Aisha Retno, as well as beloved actors Meirul Aiman, Ummi Nazeera, and Fasha Sandha. Their presence created tremendous excitement among Singtel subscribers and WGS patrons.
Comprehensive Event Management
Our team delivered end-to-end event management services, beginning with thorough pre-event planning and securing all necessary permits and licenses. On the day itself, we coordinated a team of ground staff who managed everything from registration to crowd control, ensuring safe and enjoyable interactions between fans and celebrities.

We implemented effective security measures to protect the artistes while maintaining an inviting atmosphere for attendees. Our team also actively engaged with the audience, building anticipation and energy before the stars' appearances and facilitating meaningful interactions throughout the event.

Artiste Hospitality Management
Beyond the event itself, we provided comprehensive hospitality services for the Malaysian artistes and their support team. This included coordinating comfortable accommodations, arranging transportation between venues, and providing high-quality catering services at WGS during soundcheck and pre-event preparations. Our attention to these details allowed the artistes to focus entirely on delivering exceptional performances.
