Over multiple years, we staged concerts at Singapore's premier performing arts venue. Each concert became its own world—tributes to cultural legends, traditional music galas, poetic fusion performances, each with something distinct to say. There's something about working at the Esplanade that shifts how you approach everything. The venue's legacy and reputation naturally elevate the bar. You find yourself caring more deeply about every detail—from sound design to lighting to how artists are supported—because you understand that people are coming to experience something meaningful, and that space deserves nothing less.

For example, with "Sayang Di Sayang," our tribute to legendary songstress Kartina Dahari, we curated never-before-seen interviews with her and people from her professional circle. These moments became woven into the performance itself, allowing audiences to connect not just with her music but with her story, her influence, and her humanity.
